Parents and teachers Association (PTA) gives its full support to school's programs by helping the teachers and the new sets of officers to carry out thier goals and objectives under its President, Brgy. Capt. Primitivo R. Baua. this was shown by their active participation to all projects and by backing up obligations for the schools. Mrs. Rebecca R. Andres, PTA secretary, presented the reports and funds of PTA which will be used in carry ing out school's objectives.

As per DepEd Memo # 225, series of 2007, RMVIS ranked 1^st among the twenty-six (26) Teach-Voch schools in the whole region 02 which were included in the list of top priority schools mandated to implement the Strengthened Techinical-Vocational Education Competency-Based Curriculum (STVEC)under the Strengthened Techinical-Vocational Education Program (STVEP).[more]
